As the only employment focused awards in Northern Ireland, the event has evolved into one of the country’s most prestigious business initiatives, regularly attracting hundreds of entries and culminating in a presentation ceremony in front of 500 guests.
This award celebrates a team that exemplifies outstanding collaboration, innovation, and resilience to achieve exceptional results for their organisation.
